The Traverse

I love big big luxury cars with big big wheels and a lot of space inside. I like the power built in them. Who doesn’t? One that is on top of my wish list is 2009 Chevrolet Traverse; distinctive style and a admittedly superior driving experience than all its siblings as well as competitors.

Inside the Traverse’s hood is a 3.6liter V6 with direct fuel injection to achieve better power and gas mileage than the engines in any other car. Three row curtain airbags and an electronic stability system are standard and an option for all wheel drive. The Traverse comes in LS LT and LTZ trim levels.

Have a look at Traverse’s interior. The cabin can seat up to eight; access to the threeseat third row requires pulling a lever for the second row seat to slide forward into its collapsible bottom cushion a new approach. Behind the third row is 26.1 cubic feet of cargo volume more than you’ll find in most three row crossovers. Heated and cooled front seats and a navigation system are among the LTZ’s available options. The door handles reside on their own raised cutouts and the dashboard stacks ontrasting materials atop one another. Parking assistance comes in the form of rear proximity sensors or a rearview backup camera.

Front sideimpact and side curtain airbags are standard. The curtains cover all three rows of seats. Alldisc antilock brakes and an electronic stability system are also standard.

What else I should be enjoying the Traverse power than writing this.
